NETAVON is an AI and technology consultancy. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There is nothing to post or courier, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply.
Digital & electronic delivery
All of our services — advisory, AI builds, automation, observability, orchestration, training and support — are delivered electronically and remotely, over email, video calls, shared documents and cloud tools.
When service begins
After a successful subscription payment through Razorpay, we begin onboarding and provide service access typically within 1–2 business days. Onboarding details, next steps and points of contact are sent to the email address associated with your subscription.
Ongoing delivery
Because plans are monthly subscriptions, delivery is continuous for the duration of your active subscription. Specific deliverables, sessions and build sprints are scheduled with you during each billing cycle, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
If you don’t receive access
If you have paid but not received onboarding details within the expected time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at netavon.in@gmail.com so we can put it right quickly.
