1. About us & our services
NETAVON PVT LTD is an AI and technology consultancy based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We provide professional consulting and build services including AI transformation, agentic AI, observability, orchestration, AI workforce, training, resourcing and engineering teams. Services are delivered digitally and remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Our subscription plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through our payment gateway, Razorpay:
- Starter — ₹14,999 / month. For teams taking their first serious step into AI: workflow automation, monthly advisory, a focused build sprint each quarter, tooling setup and async support.
- Growth — ₹34,999 / month. Everything in Starter plus a full crew of AI bots, monthly build sprints, agentic AI and AI-workforce deployment, observability and orchestration setup, team training and priority support.
- Enterprise Partner — custom. A tailored B2B partnership for government, telco, satellite, NTN and large enterprise, scoped and priced individually under a separate agreement.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew every month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise NETAVON, via Razorpay, to charge the applicable monthly fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes will be added as required by law. We may revise pricing with reasonable prior notice, effective from your next billing cycle.

3. What’s included
The specific deliverables, scope and hours included in each tier are described on our website and, for larger engagements, in a written proposal or statement of work. Consulting hours, advisory time and build sprints are provided within each monthly cycle and, unless expressly stated, do not roll over to later cycles.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access, materials and approvals.
- Ensure you have the right to share any data or systems you give us access to.
- Use our services and deliverables lawfully and as intended.
- Keep your account and billing information current.
Delays or missing inputs from your side may affect timelines and deliverables.
5. Intellectual property
Our pre-existing tools, methods, frameworks and know-how remain our property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you upon full payment, while we retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-confidential components. You retain ownership of your own data and materials.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a professional “best-effort” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETAVON is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, always lives on this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
